Support the incredible musicians of New England and help assure the longevity of the New England Music Awards with a sponsorship of $100! For your contribution, you will be listed in the 2014 NEMA event program as a supporter of the arts and as a NEMA VIP on the guest list for every event affiliated with the 2014 New England Music Awards including the NEMA VIP-only kick-off party! In addition, you will be allowed re-entry to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium with premium floor seating the night of the Awards Ceremony.
2014 Events:
Early-February VIP kick-off event, Mill No. 5, Lowell, MA
(Date to be announced - tentative: Sat Feb 8, 2014) The first event kicking off the 2014 New England
Music Awards will be held at Mill No. 5 in Lowell, MA. This event will feature several live acts from the nominee list and will serve as a networking event for NEMA VIPs, artists, and industry professionals.

7pm-10:00pm “Micro Brew Showcase” presented by Lowell WinterFest, Lowell, MA*
Begin the evening with live performances and micro-brew samples at “Club Celsius”, a giant heated tent set up in the middle of Arcand Drive in Lowell as part of the city’s WinterFest Weekend! A NEMA VIP pass gets you free admission into the Micro Brew Showcase where you can sample craft beers and live performances by Freevolt and Frank Viele.
8pm-1am VIP Kick-off Party, UML Inn and Conference Center, Lowell, MA
Pavoh.org and the New England Music Awards present the Radar Awards, an award given to outstanding
young musicians under the age of 21. Join us at this exclusive NEMA VIP event to witness three live performances by these talented nominees and the presentation of the Radar Award. The event will also feature guest speakers and a special live performance by President Soup, a 2014 NEMA “Best in Jazz” nominee!
9pm-1am Double Nominee Showcase, Blue Shamrock/Gemstones, Lowell, MA*
NEMA VIPs get free admission to this nominee show case presented by 182 Productions. Live performances to include: Strange Machines, Satellites Fall, Back on the Train, Brett Wilson Band, The Romano Project, Naked Stills, and more to be announced!

The Artist Conference will feature five panel discussions with influential industry professionals and Q &
A sessions covering many of the topics most concerning to the independent musicians or New England.
There will also be guest speakers, live performances, vendor and sample tables, and the unique opportunity to sign up for on-site, individual one-on-one sessions with the incredible speakers featured at this event. 1:00pm-4pm Enjoy complimentary access to the North Bowl Soup competition, Lowell, MA featuring many of Greater Lowell’s fabulous restaurants. Come sample and vote for your favorite! Located at the Masonic Temple, 79 Dutton Street in Downtown Lowell, MA.
6:30pm-11:00pm Gain access to the “The Polar Party” presented by the Lowell WinterFest, Lowell, MA
Enjoy live music located in downtown Lowell at “Club Celsius”, Lowell’s Giant heated tent .Featured performances include three of last year’s New England Music Award Recipients, Chad Hollister Band (Best in Vermont), Sarah Blacker (Female Performer of the Year), and Band of the Year winner, Adam Ezra Group. NEMA VIPs are admitted for free.
7pm-10:30pm NEMA Awards Ceremony, Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Lowell, MA
Awards will be presented in 23 different categories to acts from all over New England. Interspersed will
be live performances by Sarah Borello, The Mallet Brothers Band, Will Dailey, Nemes, Dressed for the
Occasion, and Haley Sabella, along with comedic introductions by New England’s own Steve Sweeney.
NEMA VIPs will receive free admission to this event; will be allowed re-entry to the event, and instead of General Admission balcony seats, NEMA VIPs will be able to enjoy the show from the exclusive NEMA VIP seating area on the floor right in front of the stage!
