For what we aim to be an annual event, The Ragged Impresarios in partnership with Fleming Entertainment play co-hosts to an evening of live music with proceeds going directly to the Wounded Warrior Project (Registered Event ID # 19186).

Overview:
With 25-plus years of consistent activity in the Boston music scene personally, we have been fortunate enough to develop strong relationships with many of the Boston area’s better artists/bands. Through the years, we have shared shows, filled in for each other and supported/cheered each other on throughout our careers sharing a common passion for music as well as our love of Boston. Spending our youth in clubs together, we have morphed into an ‘alumni’ of sorts of the Boston live music scene.
Dilemma:
Annually, we would designate a day close to the holiday season (often the Friday after Thanksgiving) to have a reunion amongst our inner circle and Boston music brethren. We’d always have spirited discussions about coordinating shows consisting of all of our intertwined bands which often resulted in great ideas that just never came to fruition.
Solution:
Along with our shared passion for music, many of us share the same love of country and respect for those that serve it. Enter the perfect reason, along with the perfect cause to make those ‘spirited discussions’ a reality; by supporting those who continue to help keep our freedom a reality by giving back to injured service men and women via a benefit concert for Wounded Warriors Project.
